Targeted Mobility Scheme, previously Your first EURES Job, makes it easier to recruit in EU.

Targeted Mobility Scheme (TMS) Sweden aims to help employers with hard to fill vacancies to find qualified workers from another EU country, Norway, or Iceland, including EURES recruitment mobility services and financial support.

Target groups are employers and jobseekers aged 18 or older from an EU country, Norway, or Iceland. 

How does it work?

To take part in TMS, employers with recruitment needs must first contact EURES Lithuania receive recruitment mobility services containing:

If a recruitment cooperation is established with EURES Lithuania, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) may apply for financial support when offering post-placement support to their newly recruited candidate(s).

The financial support for an integration programme is a contribution towards the costs for:

The financial support is a flat rate per recruited candidate varying according to type of integration programme (basic or comprehensive) and country where the company is located. The financial support varies from EUR 860-1080 per recruited candidate in Lithuania.

The actual application form must be sent to TMS at the latest one day before the start of the employment. Any supplementary documents may be sent later.
