Targeted Mobility Scheme - Your first EURES job make it easier to move, work and to recruit in Europe.
About the schemes
Targeted Mobility Scheme (TMS) / Your first EURES job (YfEj) are EU mobility schemes with the aim to match employers with hard to fill vacancies with skilled candidates across Europe. Target groups are jobseekers aged 18 or older and employers from an EU country, Norway or Iceland. Duration is until end of November 2021.
Through Targeted Mobility Scheme (TMS) / Your first EURES job (YfEj) as a jobseeker can receive information, job search, matching and recruitment assistance. You may also be eligible for financial support to attend an interview abroad, as well as to cover costs such as language training, recognition of qualifications or relocation to the destination country.
Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) may be able to apply for financial support to cover some of the training and integration costs for the new employee.
Arbetsförmedlingen (the Swedish Public Employment Service) is managing TMS/YfEj as the lead with several European partners.
