Temporary suspension of contact customer service
As COVID-19 infection is rapidly spreading in the country, Lithuanian Employment Services takes into account the recommendations of the National Public Health Center and makes decisions to help ensure the safety of customers and employees. From September 25, customers are temporarily served only by remote means – by phone or by e-mail.
Services will be provided remotely in all client services departments:
- you can contact your consultant or call the client services department where you are registered by tel. 1883
- you can register at Employment Services using our webiste www.uzt.lt by clicking on the Registration link. You will need to confirm your identity throught E-Government Gateway.
- people coming from the EU, EEA Member States and Switzerland, who wish to export unemployment insurance benefit (PD U2 document) will be served remotely by e-mail email@example.com.
